| ZW series Chinese-Medicine Pill Forming
Machine
is widely used in China and abroad. Used in production of Chinese
medicine (honey pill and/or water pill, and extract
pill). This series machine can be used in large to small scale production. Working principle:
Raw mixed material goes into funnel under the pressure
from spiral extruder, one or many pieces of medicine bars of same diameter are
formed. Then under the control of synchronous transmission wheel, medicine
bars enter the cutter and pills of consistent size are produced.

All parts in contact with
raw material are made from stainless steel and aluminum alloy which are
in conformity with GMP standard.

Pills are round in appearance, sieve selection is not needed.

Good degree of dissolve when compared with artificial process.
